Olive looks like she could be a secret agent or super hero with her black mask and beautiful green eyes. She and her kittens were living under a house when they were rescued by a good Samaritan. At just ten months old, Olive is a kitten that had kittens. Now safely on The Rescue Train, she’s got a one way ticket into your heart.

Olive is sweet and petite at just over 6 pounds. There is something very gentle about her soul that you can see in her eyes. She has a very docile temperament yet is inquisitive and is starting to show interest in toys.

She enjoys hanging out in her cat tree or snuggling in her comfy bed. She is very affectionate and absolutely loves to be petted and brushed. She is currently in a foster home with small dogs. While she doesn't interact with them, she doesn't seem to mind nor be afraid of them.

She is well behaved at the vet's office. She is spayed, vaccinated, micro chipped, tested negative for FIV/LUK and litter box trained.

We are looking for a true cat lover to open their heart and home to this little gal. In return she will be the spy who loves you!

http://www.adoptapet.com/pet/8377698-studio-city-california-chihuahua-mix Meet Gabby & Bolt Two Chis in a Pod!

Gabby & Bolt are a bonded brother and sister who were rescued from the medical room at a City shelter. They are a year and half old. They have been nursed back to health by a loving foster home at The Rescue Train and are looking for their forever home together. They are nine pounds of cuteness - and that's combined. Five-pound black-and-white Bolt is the more outgoing of the two, is protective of his sister, and loves to play with balls. Four-pound brown-and-white Gabby is shy and demur, a little afraid of strangers, but warms up quickly and is a cuddle bug.

They are making great strides in their housebreaking and crate training. They are already sleeping quietly through the night in his crate. Gabby & Bolt would do best in a home with no small children. They have not been cat tested yet but would we predict they will be ok to live with cats. No large dogs please.

Gabby & Bolt are spayed & neutered, micro-chipped and current on vaccines. By adopting this bonded pair you will never worry that they will be lonely! They are ready to wag his way into your heart!

Rescue Train volunteers were alerted by a staff member at the Griffith Park visitor’s center that a cat had been abandoned. Since coyotes frequent that area the kitty didn’t stand much of a chance unless quickly rescued. When our volunteers arrived the cat saw them, she ran up to them and started rubbing against their legs. An easy rescue, no need to trap, she just jumped into welcoming arms.

We decided to name her Parker since she survived that scary experience. She was given a clean bill of health by our vet and then moved into a foster home. Parker is a low maintenance kitty that is very people oriented. She loves to be petted and brushed and rolls around in joy with her motor going. She’s a sweet and gentle soul, longing for a home to call her own. Her favorite activity is lounging gracefully in her comfy bed.

She currently is living with another female cat in her foster home. Although she and the other cat don't interact. They just sort of peacefully coexist. We think Parker would be absolutely fine as an only cat. She is about 4 years old and petite. She currently weighs about 7 lbs but still needs to put on a little weight.

Parker is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV/LUK and litter box trained.

Did we mention she's got some LONG whiskers? She’s ready to PURR her way into your heart and home!
